Terms of Service — Voice2Ads

**Effective date:** October 9, 2026

These Terms govern your use of Voice2Ads (the "Service"), provided by Divorce The Boss, LLC. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

**1. Beta service.** The Service is currently in private beta, by invitation. Features may change, and the Service may be interrupted or discontinued.

**2. Your account.** You must be at least 18, provide accurate information, and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.

**3. Your ad accounts and ad spend.** You authorize the Service to create and manage ads in the Meta ad accounts you connect. You are solely responsible for your ad spend, your billing relationship with Meta, and approving any campaign before it goes live. The Service creates ads in a paused state and requires your confirmation to activate them.

**4. Your content and compliance.** You are responsible for your ads, including any AI-generated copy or media, and for complying with Meta's Advertising Standards, Terms, and Commercial Terms, and with all applicable laws. Review all content before launch. We may suspend accounts used for prohibited, deceptive, or unlawful advertising.

**5. Third-party services.** The Service works with Meta and with third-party tools you choose to connect (such as AI assistants and creative tools). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for them.

**6. No guarantee of results.** We do not guarantee ad approval, delivery, performance, or return on ad spend.

**7. Fees.** The beta is currently provided free of charge. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance, and you can choose whether to continue.

**8. Intellectual property.** You keep ownership of your content. We own the Service and its software. You grant us permission to use your content only to operate the Service for you.

**9. Termination.** You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or other users.

**10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability.** The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Divorce The Boss, LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or ad spend. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.

**11. Governing law.** These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
