Privacy Policy
Privacy Policy
**Effective date:** October 9, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Divorce The Boss, LLC ("we," "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use Voice2Ads at voice2ads.com (the "Service").
**1. Information we collect**
- *Account information:* your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
- *Meta Platform data:* when you connect your Meta account, and only with your permission, we access the ad accounts, Facebook Pages, campaigns, ad sets, ads, creatives, audiences, and performance insights you authorize. We receive an access token from Meta to do this on your behalf.
- *Content you provide:* ad copy, images, videos, media links, landing page URLs, and targeting choices.
- *Conversion data you configure:* if you connect checkout or registration tools, we receive the event details those tools send (for example, purchase amount and click identifiers).
- *Usage and technical data:* log data such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, and actions taken in the Service, used for security and troubleshooting.
**2. How we use information**
We use your information only to provide and improve the Service: creating and managing ads in your Meta account at your direction, showing you reporting, sending account emails (invites, password resets, alerts), securing the Service, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information or Meta Platform data, and we do not use your Meta data to advertise to you or for any purpose other than operating the Service for you.
**3. AI assistants and third-party tools**
If you connect Voice2Ads to an AI assistant (such as Claude or ChatGPT) or use your own creative tools, information you request is exchanged with those services at your direction and is also governed by their privacy policies.
**4. How we share information**
We share information only with service providers that help us run the Service (such as hosting, database, and email delivery providers), under obligations to protect it; with Meta, as needed to perform the actions you request; when required by law; or in connection with a merger or sale of our business, with notice to you.
**5. Data retention**
We keep your data while your account is active. When you disconnect Meta, we delete your stored Meta access token immediately. When you delete your account or request deletion, we delete your personal information and Meta Platform data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records for legal or security reasons.
**6. Security**
We use encryption in transit, encrypted storage for access tokens, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.
**7. Your choices and rights**
You can access, update, or delete your account information, disconnect Meta at any time, and request a copy or deletion of your data by contacting ricky@divorcetheboss.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.
**8. Children**
The Service is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
**9. Changes**
We will post updates to this policy here and change the effective date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in the app.
